Designing for Hologram Fans and LED Signage: The True-Black Rule

Most design briefs assume a rectangle with edges, a background you control, and a viewer who's an arm's length away. Hologram fans and LED signage break all three assumptions, and that's exactly why so much content designed for them looks flat, muddy, or invisible in the space.
